HOW DOES IT WORK?

Below, you will find a booking form with a few details about your wedding date including name, date, venue, location, and photo budget. From there, I will go ahead and send over my wedding package offerings. These packages range from 1 to 10 hours. (see below for more info on investments/pricing).

Introductory Call

After receiving the wedding package offerings, I would love to schedule an introductory call to get to know you and your partner as well as understand a little bit more about yourselves! During this call, I aim to provide couples with a warm and welcoming experience as they embark on their wedding journey. On the call, I take the time to understand the unique vision and personal preferences envisioned for the big day. We discuss any questions or concerns you might have, shot list, first look preferences, style, and help determine a package that suits your needs best. With my passion for storytelling and attention to detail, I ensure that any clients feel confident, inspired, and excited about entrusting me with capturing their once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

Customized Proposal

Once you have decided which Wedding Package fits your needs best, I will send over a customized proposal for you and your fiancé to review. Included in this proposal is a contract with all details regarding the services provided along with a payment plan. For weddings, payment is split in to two; 50% upon signing the contract and 50% before the wedding. For your own convinience, all payments go through HoneyBooks secured payment platform.

Wedding packages include offerings of 2, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hours of photography coverage. Whether you are having an intimate celebration or a grand affair, there is a package that will suit your needs perfectly.

On the wedding day itself, I am committed to documenting the entire event, from getting ready to the grand exit, immersing myself in each moment. When it comes to choosing a photographer, it is crucial to find someone with whom you connect with. • Shot list?- leading up to the wedding I will send over an extensive questionnaire asking for all of the details of your wedding day. This is to ensure that I have all of the information I need to make the day as seamless as possible for y'all. included in this questionnaire is a full shot list of the most important photos that you would like me to capture along with the combinations for any formal family photos. For the shot list, I also ask that you let me know if there are any photos you would like to omit from your wedding day (ie: individual bridesmaids photos, putting on dress, dancing photos, first look etc.) This is to ensure your wedding day time is being spent doing only what YOU want. 

• What is your image backup process?- I shoot with only dual slot cameras meaning that I shoot with two different memory cards just in case anything was to happen to one card, I will always have a backup! After the wedding, I will immediately back up images to a hard-drive as well and import the images on to my computer & Adobe. I understand that these photos are extremely important and want to make sure that they are as safe as can be.

• What is your photography background? After graduating with a photography degree from SCAD I moved to San Francisco to work in photography full time. While in SF I was the Senior photographer for The RealReal for four years as well as shooting for brands such as Everlane, Lululemon, Outdoorvoices, Babylist, Vogue X Facebook, and more. On weekends I photographed weddings as a wedding photographer for ComePlum and Ethical Weddings and am now shooting full time weddings in Texas! 

• Watermarks- There will be NO watermarks on any of the images when they are delivered to you. You will be receiving all of the best edited images from your day!

• Timeline- I will be there throughout your entire wedding planning process whenever you need my help. this includes timeline planning. I will coordinate with your wedding planner to ensure that we have the best timeline for you depending on lighting and what images you are wanting.

• Sunset photos- As a lover of light, I absolutely love taking the Bride and Groom out for some sunset portraits. this will be worked in to your wedding day timeline and is completely optional. 

• Posting images- You will have full print and posting rights to your images so you can post them wherever you would like and print them as you wish!

• How long will the gallery link remain- the gallery link will remain for 30+ days. You can access the link with your email and share it with whoever you like and they are also invited to view, favorite, and download as many images. For example, you can share the link with your family and they will have access to all of the images and can download any that they would like.

• APP- Included in the online gallery is also a personalized app that can be sent to you to download. This app will store all of your images and can live on your Home Screen where you can access them whenever and will not expire. While this is available, it is complimentary and sent to you by request.

• Do you offer a second shooter? Yes, I can add a second shooter to any of the wedding day packages. However please note that this is an additional charge except for the Charlotte York Package (10 hr). While I am confident in myself shooting solo, I still would recommend adding a second shooter to your wedding package if it is not already included. Second shooters come in hand if you are wanting getting ready images of both bride and groom getting ready, different perspectives of your entire wedding day including ceremony angles and first looks. I would also recommend a second shooter if you are wanting images of your cocktail hour since I will be with y'all shooting formal family portraits and any other post ceremony photos. This also ensures that you have another perspective of your entire wedding day.

• What kind of photos will you be capturing? I will be photographing a little bit of everything! meaning posed, candid, documentary, stylized and traditional images. However this also depends on your own requests and what you personally will be wanting for your wedding day. 

• What is your editing process like? - I will upload all of the wedding day images and cull the images  (remove any that might be a duplicate, unflattering, blinking, light tests, etc.). After culling I will personally edit and retouch all images. In my wedding day questionnaire, you will find a question for any editing requests depending on your own personal style ie: if you prefer for more light and airy, more natural lighting, skin tone requests etc. You will also receive select black and white images in your final wedding gallery if you would like.

• How long will it take to edit? -After the date, I will send a Sneak Peek of some selected edited images (anywhere from 15-30 images) from your wedding day. As for your final gallery, I try to make sure that you receive your full wedding gallery around 8 weeks after your wedding date. this varies depending on wedding and how much retouching is being done ie: if a venue has a ton of signage that is not part of your wedding and I go in to remove any unnecessary background flaws, trash, graffiti, etc. 

• Will you shoot details and flat-lay images? - Yes, I love shooting details and flat lays and will bring along a styling mat with me to ensure we get those details done nicely. Details are a crucial part of telling your story. You have put so much heart and soul in to this wedding and I want to make sure you get everything captured 

• Do you have any travel fees?- This depends on location. At this time, I do not require travel fees for any San Antonio and Austin surrounding areas. This includes Boerne, Austin, Fredericksburg, Georgetown, Lockhart, and Dripping Springs.

• Will you coordinate with our coordinator? - Yes, Absolutley! In my questionnaire, I ask for all of your vendor information including your coordinator/planner. Leading up to the wedding, I will be in contact with them discussing timeline and anything else that might come up.

• Do you offer bridals- Yes! I highly recommend bridal portraits prior to the wedding day. This allows you to see have more time on your wedding day with your loved ones as well as your new husband! If you can, I would recommend planning your hair and makeup trial the same day as your Bridals to see how well your hair and makeup holds up as well as how it photographs. Most venues include in their contract a day to book bridals at the venue! 

• How involved are you with the wedding planning?- I am as involved as you would like me to be with your wedding! I completely understand how difficult it can be to plan a wedding and am here whenever you need me. Wether you need help finding some last minute wedding decorations, flower recs, vendor recommendations, wedding ideas, mood-board creation, venue walkthrough, someone to vent to, anything at all, I'm here for you! 

• Do you photograph destination weddings!

  YES! I Absolutley do photograph destination weddings and love to travel. I offer a discount on most destinations and depending on location and venue, You only have to pay for travel! (what-a-deal!)

• Do you photograph rehearsal dinners?

  Yes, I do offer rehearsal dinner coverage. This can be added on to any package. Although keep in mind, I do not offer a second shooter for rehearsal dinners, and it depends on location.
